Welcome to the shadowed realm of Atlanta Interactive Theatre (AIT), where the night belongs to the eternal dance of the undead. For over 32 years, we have been weaving the dark, twisted narratives of Vampire: The Masquerade in a live-action roleplaying experience unlike any other in the Southeast. Founded in August 1993, AIT has held an chronicle of blood, betrayal, and secrets. As the longest-running Vampire LARP in this region.

As of 2025, our chronicles are more treacherous than ever. The passage of time has eroded the old empires, while new alliances rise, only to be consumed by the insatiable hunger for power. Forgotten villains and once-revered heroes alike fall into oblivion, their stories lost in the whispers of the night. Yet, the Jyhad, the eternal, unseen war between the ancient Kindred remains. Manipulating the darkness and pulling the strings of fate, this unseen war is the true heartbeat of our tales, leaving scars deeper than any blade.
The chronicles of AIT are filled with stories where the line between hero and monster blurs, where the cost of survival often means abandoning one's humanity. From the crumbling havens of the powerful to the blood-soaked alleys where the desperate fight for their final breaths, we continue to explore the personal horror that resides in each of us. No character is safe; no fate is certain.
While you embody your creation and step into the theater of the damned, remember there are no real-world dangers. But the mind is a fragile thing, and the horrors your character faces might feel unsettlingly close. Combat is resolved through a simple challenge system, but the terror is resolved in your heart.
White Wolf's World of Darkness is not just a game, it's a reflection of our own shadows, exploring moral corruption, supernatural fear, and the political webs spun by creatures with centuries of manipulation at their disposal. While many characters are vampires, the true story lies in how far one is willing to descend into the abyss, and if redemption is even possible.
Beware, this is not a game for the faint of heart. AIT delves into mature themes of betrayal, darkness, and inner demons, and only those 18 years and older may join our nocturnal gatherings. Weapons, alcohol, and drugs are forbidden from our venues, but your soul... well, that's always at risk.
Join us. Step into the shadows. See how much of the darkness you can face without losing yourself entirely.
Our world is shaped by the By Night Studios and Minds Eye Theatre: Vampire the Masquerade rule set, but it is in the roleplaying, in the breath of those who wear the mask, that the true terror comes to life. AIT is a space where your characters not only speak of their darkest urges, they live them, act upon them, and face the consequences. And in this world, the consequences are often more haunting than the violence itself.
AIT uses the By Night Studios rules including the V2 and Issue 1 rules expansions.
To ensure consistency, all modifications to these rules are detailed in the AIT - Player Document.
Ribbons are used at AIT to symbolize certian powers and statuses, they are a quick way to allow other players to know what is going on without having to verbalize it
It is a world of darkness... with the principle demon vanquished, the October Gathering saw some strange and unfortunate events. The bulk of the Sword of Caine were defeated and slaughtered. Some escaped to try and find a way to re-summon their dark master. A rare few surrendered and were either welcomed back by their Shield of Caine brotheren, or given sanctuary among the Camarilla or Anarchs. That these few individuals had unique abilities, rare lore, or juicy blackmail was surely a coincidence.
Although some naively sought peace, the pact between the Shield of Caine and other Sects quickly started to dissolve. As the Sabbat reclaimed the Sword of Caine as their banner, old grudges set aside once again heated up. The Sabbat of any history were once again unwelcome in Atlanta.
While all this was happening, Don Giovanni saw his opportunity to realize a long lived dream of turning Atlanta into an unliving Necropolis. Members of the Domain were dispatched to halt his necromantic plan.
Simultaneously, a small Pack of Sabbat still loyal to demonic forces had gone grave robbing. Another team was dispatched in order to prevent the war from returning.
Don Giovanni was able to begin his ritual and the Sabbat were able to sacrifice themselves to bring back a weakened form of their prime master. Despite this, the Kindred of Terminus fought hard and were able to put down both Don Giovanni and the Demonlord.
If only one of these things had ocurred, as happened with the demon lovers in other Domains, perhaps the fallout would not have been so bad. Unfortunately, the backlash of both partial rituals as well as the death of two powerful beings led to a supernatural backlash.
It seems to have only affected supernatural creatures. But most Kindred in Atlanta died. Some quietly, some laughing or screaming, and some exploded where they stood. The rest were rendered in some painful and horrifying manner with eyeballs exploding or the strength of their blood being attacked.
To prevent the power vacuum from leading to an all out war, the Inner Circle and the Anarchs met and agreed to settle the area quickly. Powerful Kindred ejected from their own Domains and Territories thanks to their own Sabbat summonings were sent to maintain peace and order in Atlanta. How long they hold those positions and can maintain the status quo is anyone's guess.
